THE WAY
YOU LIVED

Art Outreach Group Show, Second Nature, SG

This work uses the technique of 拓印 (tà yìn) to imprint the saw marks of a felled tree—capturing the moment of separation, one of the closest points of contact between human and tree.

Instead of growth rings or time, there is rupture and immediacy. The process is slow and deliberate, offering a way to witness, to consider.
